1. Day 1

   Discovery call (15 minutes)

   We start with a quick conversation to understand your business, your pain points, and which tasks are eating up your time. No sales pitch — just figuring out if Kepply is the right fit.

2. Days 1–2

   Workflow analysis

   We map out your current processes and identify exactly where a digital employee can make the biggest impact. You’ll get a clear proposal with no surprises.

3. Day 2

   First placement starts

   Within 48 hours of the discovery call, your digital employee starts working on its first tasks. You’ll have a dedicated dashboard to see what it’s doing from day one.

4. Days 2–3

   Full configuration

   While the first tasks run, our team trains your digital employee on the rest of your workflows and configures integrations with the software you already use.

5. Days 3–4

   Testing and sign-off

   We run your digital employee through real-world scenarios and fine-tune responses. You review and approve everything — by day four, configuration is complete.

6. Ongoing

   Optimization

   We continuously improve your digital employee based on performance data and your feedback. Monthly reviews are included on L3 Manager and above.
