Privacy policy

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company details), information generated by your use of our services (conversations, workflows), and technical data (IP address, browser type, usage patterns).

This policy applies to everyone whose information we hold, whether or not you are a customer of ours.

We also collect business contact information about companies we may approach about our services. That can include a business name, business address, business email address, business phone number, website, and the name and job title of a publicly listed contact. We collect this from publicly available sources such as a company's own website. We do not buy this information, and we do not collect it from individuals in a personal capacity.

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, send service communications, and ensure security. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+) for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. Access to customer data is strictly limited and logged.

How long we keep information depends on what it is.

If you are a customer, we keep your account data for as long as your account is active and for 30 days after it ends, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

If we hold business contact information about you because we may approach you about our services, we keep it until you ask us to remove it, or until we decide we will not be contacting you again.

There are two things we keep for longer, in every case. If you ask us not to contact you again, we keep a record of that request for as long as we operate, because it is the only way we can be sure we honour it. And we keep a record of the messages we have sent, because we may need it to show what we said and when.

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Email us at contact@kepply.com. We read that address between 9am and 9pm Eastern, and the time your message arrives is the time that counts.

We will act on any of those requests within 10 business days.

If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep your email address on a do-not-contact record. We keep that record even if you also ask us to delete everything else, because deleting it is what would let us contact you again by mistake. It is used for nothing else.
